Setting up professional email is straightforward. This guide walks through creating email accounts and configuring them on all your devices.

Step 1: Create Email Accounts

After purchasing email hosting, log into your control panel (cPanel):

1. Navigate to Email Accounts section
2. Click 'Create Email Account'
3. Enter email address (e.g., john@ or sales@)
4. Set a strong password (20+ characters)
5. Choose mailbox size (25GB, 50GB, or 100GB)
6. Click Create

• admin@yourdomain.com - Administrative

Step 2: Configure Email on Devices

iPhone/iPad Setup

1. Open Settings → Mail → Accounts
2. Tap 'Add Account' → 'Other' → 'Add Mail Account'
3. Enter: Name, Email, Password, Description
4. Tap Next
5. Select IMAP (recommended for syncing)
6. Enter server settings from hosting panel
7. Tap Save

Android Setup

1. Open Gmail app or Email app
2. Tap Menu → Settings → Add Account
3. Choose 'Other'
4. Enter email address and password

Step 3: Configure Email Signature

• Your full name

• Phone number

Step 4: Set Up Email Forwarding

Forward emails from old address to new business email:

1. Log into old email account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
2. Find 'Forwarding' settings
3. Add your new business email
4. Confirm forwarding
5. Keep old account active for 3-6 months
